 Panos Zournatzidis was born in Athens and grew up in Ilion. He is a graduator of the Occupational Therapy Department of Athens Technological Institute, the Experimental Laboratory  of Petroupolis and  the Faculty of Theater Studies of the National and  Kapodistrian University of Athens. Since 2001, due to an accident he has been a wheelchair user. He is a member of the “Union of Greek Actors” since 2017. He started his theater career in 2003 and he was member of the theater companies “Akrovasia” and “En plo”. He has been a founding member of THEAMA (Theater of People with Disabilities) since 2010, including participation in E. Alby’s “Zoo Story”, “Jacob ou la Soumission” by E. Ionesco, “Nekrasov” by J.P. Sartre, “Persians” of Aeschylus (Athens Festival 2016), “Antigone” of Sophocles,   all directed by V. Ekonomou, “Trojan Women” (2022) of Sartre, “Last Earth” (2023) , performance,  “The bald Soprano” of E. Ionesco all directed by Sofia Stavrakaki, “Lebensraum” by Th. Triarides, (2017-2019) directed by P. Dimitrakopoulou, “Dancing Plague” (2022), directed by Konstantinos Markellos . He has participated in the films “Exile” (2019) and “Purgatory” (2021), by V. Mazomenos as well as the tv productions “Dark sea” (2022), directed by  Greg. Karantinakis- Vas. Karfis, and “Sta 4”  (2022), directed by S. Konstantinidis.
