Born and based in Athens, Konstantinos Kladis is a graduate of the Iasmos Drama School, founded by Vasilis Diamantopoulos. He has also attended workshops and masterclasses in comedy on camera, stage combat and theatrical fencing, Playback Theatre, and more. He also studied Mining and Metallurgical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and attended the Varvakeio Model School.

His film credits include The Christmas Carols, directed by Christos Kanakis; Man of God, directed by Yelena Popovic; and The Aegean, directed by Jacob Richardson. In theatre, he has worked with directors such as Molly Caliger in The Love of the Nightingale by Timberlake Wertenbaker, Efthymis Christou in Mud by Vangelis Chatzigiannidis, and Alexandros Cohen in The Piggy Bank by Eugène Labiche, among others. His television appearances include series such as Wild Bees, Fugitive Love, and the MENA production Karantina.

He has also starred in music videos and appeared in advertising campaigns.

Alongside his acting career, he has previously worked as a translator of Italian and English and also speaks French and Turkish.
