Anna is born in Athens and grows up in Panama, Crete and Athens.
Sociologist, director, writer and actress, she obtained her BA in Political Science in 2006 at
the University of Athens and her MA in Sociology in Athens and Journalism at the University
of Fribourg (2010, Scholarship of the Swiss Confederation).
Alongside her studies, she works at the International Film Festival of Fribourg, alongside
Edouard Waintrop (Délegué Général de la Quinzaine de réalisateurs at Cannes International
Film Festival). In 2013 she graduates from the Serge Martin professional theatre school, in
Geneva.
Since then she continues her training in seminars of acting and dance with Susan Batson at
Interkunst (Berlin, 2014 et 2017), with Andreas Manolikakis (2018, Athens) and Damian De
Schrijver (Geneva, 2018), Marget Bjarnadottir (2020, Denmark).
She performs in Lena Kitsopoulou's plays Haire Nymphy (2013), Red Riding Hood : The First
Blood (2015) and Cry (2018) at the Saint-Gervais Theatre, Geneva. She performs in Les
aventures de Nathalie Nicole Nicole directed by Camille Giacobino (2013) at the Grütli
Theatre, Geneva. Anna is collaborating with Cie Tête dans Le Sac for The Night Will End One
Day (Greece, 2015) and with Cie DanielBlake for the PREMIO-winning play Opa (2017),
scheduled at the Arsenic Theatre, Lausanne (2018). She is invited to stage Sapphox by Sarah-
Jane Moloney (2020) at Le Poche theatre.
In cinema, Anna plays the lead role in La nuit est encore jeune, directed by Indika
Udugampola (selections : Mumbai International Film Festival, Singapore International Film
Festival, 2014 // Price : Most Promising Director, Colombo, 2015).
Anna founds the group Cie Bleu en Haut bleu en Bas (2015)

She writes, directs and performs the tetragogie Blue, Bloody Fuschia, White and G.O.L.D at
the Festival de la Bâtie and in other theatres in Switzerland. These creations are coproduced
by the Festival de la Bâtie, Le Grütli theatre, Le Loup theatre in Geneva and they toured in
Switzerland, Greece, France etc.
Anna directs and performs de P.E.T.U.L.A. bye bye, written by Lena Kitsopoulou (2017-2019,
Theatre Saint-Gervais, KET, Athens).
She works as a dramaturg and performer for the play "Cry", directed by Lena Kitsopoulou
(Théâtre Saint-Gervais and Theatro Technis).
Anna is a member of the Society of Swiss Writers. She loves sailing and scubadiving and she
dreams to have one day an open-air kitchen.
