Ο Παναγιώτης Χαραμής σπούδασε θεωρία κινηματογράφου και σκηνοθεσία στην Αγγλία. Έχει σκηνοθετήσει 2 μικρού μήκους ταινίες που προβλήθηκαν σε φεστιβάλ της Ελλάδας και του εξωτερικού και συν-σκηνοθέτησε με τον Onur Bakir το μεγάλου μήκους ντοκιμαντέρ "Attention!" το οποίο κέρδισε Βραβείο Καλύτερου Ντοκιμαντέρ στο Φεστιβαλ Κωνσταντινούπολης το 2016.
